Great shoe!

Almost perfect

Comparing these to my previous classic Street Surfers. Same over style, great sole. Overall love them. Only drawback, to me, is the padded top edge rubs on the back of my achilles tendon. The class street surfers didn't do that, with the fabric simply ending in a frayed edge.

Part of this is probably due to packaging. The backs were folded down and inward, and retained a lot of memory from that position. I think as I break them in it will no longer be a problem. It's fine when wearing socks, but b/c of a nerve issue making my foot hyper-sensitive, I cannot wear socks for more than an hour or so. I buy all my Sanuks to wear on naked feet, and I've never been disappointed on that.
