I ordered two pairs of sandals but got only one and a half pairs, that is 3 sandals rather than 4 I paid for. I got a return authorization and sent back the single sandal, keeping the one complete pair. I have received no reply at all: no new pair, no refund, no acknowledgement of the return. Nothing. I guess I'll have to dispute the charge on my credit card. I would not recommend Sanuk to anyone.

These are the best! I love the yoga mat soles. I would buy again and again.

These are my all-time favorite flip-flops!! Unfortunately, one of my dogs ate one of them. I searched the internet until I found them again. Out of fear, that they would be discontinued, I bought multiple pair. I wish they were available in multiple colors. hint, hint...
