Most comfortable shoes ever! Living in South Texas, I wear them year round. I walk around in them all day and wore them when I went on a cruise. If it's cold, I wear a pair of socks with them! This pair felt snug and it took 1 day to break them in. I never had to do that before. My other two pairs were ready to go.

Where are my shoes? I returned them to you to exchange them for 2 sizes larger as they run extremely small. I've chatted with no results whatsoever, they didn't have a clue. I called on three separate occasions, and spoke to 3 different customer service people. The only thing I got out of them is that they received my return on March 14, 2023. Where are my new shoes, or my refund? I also asked if this information would actually be put on my account so I can track it there and not having to keep calling. I'm livid with this company. I've never had such a horrible experience purchasing shoes in my life.
