I bought the wrong size. I went to the website to begin the return process and I cannot generate a return label, apparently there is an issue with my address, the same address the shoes were successfully sent to. I have tried to use the "contact us" option to get help and that doesn't work either. Rubbish!!

I purchased these shoe for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. The shoes are great, however they arrived in just a brown bag…I expected a shoe box to wrap as I do with other shoes I’ve ordered online. Otherwise the order was fine.
