Picture not accurate

I love the hemp pair... but the other pair i purchased has wool or some type of material on the inside and this was not visible in the online picture.. I am trying to get a refund or at least credit towards a different pair but no one has responded to my concern. I am a sanuk long time customer and really hope your company helps me out
