Latest pair in a very long line of Sanuks for me. I appreciate you!

Comparing these to my previous classic Street Surfers. Same over style, great sole. Overall love them. Only drawback, to me, is the padded top edge rubs on the back of my achilles tendon. The class street surfers didn't do that, with the fabric simply ending in a frayed edge.

Part of this is probably due to packaging. The backs were folded down and inward, and retained a lot of memory from that position. I think as I break them in it will no longer be a problem. It's fine when wearing socks, but b/c of a nerve issue making my foot hyper-sensitive, I cannot wear socks for more than an hour or so. I buy all my Sanuks to wear on naked feet, and I've never been disappointed on that.

Great looking and feeling shoe

This is my new go to when not in my 'Got my back hemps"" on. The Chibas are fantastically comfortable, and this comes from someone wgp cannot walk batefoot due to incredibly nerve senstivity from past injury. My left foot is Hypersensitive but with the layer of foam sole to these, they put my feet back as in touch eith the earth as possible, yet keeping them confidently on the stroll. Appreciate the experience again, only downside is shipping options or lack thereof... But as far as quality, Im super stoked and content with my purchases... Shone On, Sanuk!!!
