Sidewalk Surfer - Men
These have been the comfiest, most versatile shoes I since I can remember. Very minimalist/barefoot friendly; but after having them less than a month the sole has separated at the right heel
Due to some limited physical abilities this only shoe I have worn for the last 14+ years. There are not too other brands that offer a stylish casual shoe in a size 17. The Vagabond will run a little narrow and best to get a half size bigger but they will stretch out fairly quickly. I would like to see more styles in the big man sizes. The Camo and Blanket were the last new styles to come out and that was over a year ago. Big men Ballin need different styles too! I have 12 pair still in the box but will add to it if new styles come out. Thx Sanuk!!
My husband loves Sidewalk Surfers so he decided to try the Vagabond. He normally wears a 10 1/2 shoe size but he bought the 11 size in the Vagabond. To his great disappointment, he has a very difficult time pulling this shoe on, even without socks. We are exchanging it for another style of shoe and we hope he will have better luck. The shoe is the right size for him. It feels good and looks great, if he could just get it on!
You can order to Canada, but will pay customs and duties. If they don't fit, you have to return them from Canada to the USA at your own cost. Custer service and exchange/ returns from Canada is non-existent. Very disappointed.
This is a man who wears sneakers constantly when not working. Last year, I bought him a pair of the sidewalk surfers....he hesitantly tried them on and exclaimed that they were really comfortable. Amazing, huh?! I bought him another pair in a different color this year so that he can switch them up. (We live in Massachusetts---they aren't perfect for our winter months.) It's great not seeing him in sneakers throughout the warmer months! He is typically an 11 - 11 1/2. The 12 is a good fit.
