Will NEVER buy again

If you are buying from overseas, do think twice. It is extremely difficult to exchange and you have to pay for the shipment. And, they do not even reply to emails, only chat in the website, which is an agony if you live in another country of different time zone. Very disappointed with the whole buying experience.
