These run a full size too small. Horribly narrow and unwearable. Totally understand why returns aren't being accepted because these are awful.
I wear them around the house daily
This is the first time I have bought this brand. Talk about comfort…wow. And they are pretty and summery looking. They fit true to size and I am very happy with them.
The shoes seems nice but were to flat and floppy for me so I tried to exchange them for the same kind of once but with a heel. I tried twice with customer service to do this (and they were very nice and as puzzled as me about the process). In the end I thought I had done that but no - I got a refund instead. The whole complicated process was too much for me to try again.
I wanted to exchange it for one that had a back because it was too floppy. I spoke to two customer service agents to help...in the end I only got a refund. And I am still waiting for an email confirming that. I would have loved the exchange but uor process does not work.
