Sidewalk Surfer Lite 2 SL
I bought a pair about 4 or 5 weeks ago and have worn them about 10 times. I chose these shoes because they come in half sizes. However, the cushioning is very poor not at all like the sidewalk surfer you used to sell. To get better cushioning I replaced the insole with a gel insole. I hope you reintroduce the original sidewalk surfer with half sizes.
On the website it is listed that their shoes are true to size. Maybe, but mine were a 1/2 size too small. The return process was seamless and I had the shoes back in the mail for an exchange the same day that I received them. I tracked the return and Sanuk received them three days after I mailed them. They then sat in CS/Returns for another 6 days, as they never logged them in. (the website reads up to 10 days to log the return). It was almost like they just sat on them until they had to log them in. To top it off, instead of an exchange, they issued a refund! I called CS (super hard to actually speak with anyone. They do not want actual customer interaction, only chat and text it seems. The CS agent told me it's too late to change the refund back to a return. The CS agent who logged in the item didn't even look at the request for an exchange, (I know this, because the CS agent I actually spoke with noted that an exchange was written on return request.) I wasted three weeks of my time ordering, waiting for them to ship (5 plus days after my order to ship) returning and now a refund that I did not request. I guess everyone is a white belt Six Sigma agent in this company... Awful experience!
Great pair of sandals use indoor and outdoor very comfortable would recommend to anyone looking for a nice pair and stylish pair of footwear.
Shoes were too narrow and too small. Very difficult to put on the left foot, could not put on the right foot. Return was easy.
Well built, good, quality shoes. Because the sole is a cork material, these felt uncomfortable on my feet for all-day wear. I had Sanuks from 3 years ago, those were really comfortable.
