Donny Hemp

I own two pairs of the regular Donny shoes, and have owned many pairs of the predecessor models (pickpocket and sidewalk surfer). The Donny Hemp shoes are much tighter than those. I do have somewhat wide feet, so my Sanuks have always needed a little break in, but these are so tight I literally could not force my foot into them. Very disappointing.

They ask you to write a review, so here goes. Sent shoes back because they were too small, and requested an exchange. Same shoe, different size. Should be easy. Can't find any tracking information, and they refer back to shipping company. This has gone on three weeks now. Crickets. I just lost $65. Oh well, could have been worse.

Comfortable, stylish , and supportive.

I used to wear these in San Diego as my go to, do it all, surf / beach / lounge shoe. Now as a whitewater rafting guy I still wear these as my lounge / cook out / frisbee throwing shoe. So good regardless of the activity. If you want comfort, you get it! Size for me is true fit. I usually appreciate wider toe boxes (ie: altra, lems, etc.) but these were just fine! Glad to have gotten back to a pair of Sanuks to slide on or pull on. 10/10

1st let me say this. I broke the talus in my ankle about 5 years ago and I have 3 screw in it. It hurts everyday and since then it is very hard to find shoes that work out. Man when I tell you that these are the absolute most comfortable shoes I've ever worn words cannot describe. I love the air holes on the side to help your feet breathe so your feet don't sweat after being in them all day. 100% recommend and will definitely be buying more in the future.
