Definitely a tight fit go up 1/2 size USA. I’m sure they’ll break in. Super comfortable just getting them on takes a shoe horn. Takes away from the quick slip on and slip off but I think they’ll break in soon. However the tightness feels very comfortable and no slipping. I forgot how comfortable these shoes are. It’s pretty incredible. I wear with socks. Without socks could slip on and off easier.

Been wearing these for 20 years. My NY friends call them my little-hemp-shoes. But they’re just not chill like how we do it on the west coast. No need to lay down the law and call them sandals. That’s what being centered is all about. Enjoying the vibe. Watching the chill sunset in my Donnys, a nice craft beer, maybe something else too.

I'm a life long Vans guy and don't get me wrong, I'll always love my checkerboards and classics but...... I bought my first pair of Sanuk sidewalk surfers @ Bunger surf shop and fell in love - went out and bought 6 more pairs of shoes. The donny's, the chibas, sidewalk surfers - they go with everything from jeans to shorts - dress up or down - this is it 4 me.
