During our spontaneous photoshoot in Laguna, we really fell in love with the town. It just felt so Sanuk. Everything felt slower, no one was rushing to be anywhere, and it genuinely felt like a beach town that valued being in the present.

Jedidah is a neighborhood cafe that feels warm, unhurried, and effortlessly good at what it does. Grab a drink, find a spot outside, and let the sunshine ease you into your day.

Now If you're asking us what to order, as Matcha girls, it would have to be the iced Matcha Latte with a drop of vanilla syrup. But honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything here.

Luckily the walk from Jedidah to Urth Cafe is a quick one, and with our cushioned bubblecush sandal, you’ll be comfortable every step of the way. 

Urth Cafe is always humming with energy, from beachgoers fueling up for the day to friends catching up over brunch. The menu is packed with fresh pastries, hearty breakfast plates, and enough options to satisfy whatever you're craving. If you get decision paralysis, we personally would highly recommend the breakfast burrito.

Also, people watching in Laguna is one of the best free things you can do, and there's no better place for it than here. 

This is the perfect place to end your day.

It's located above the coastline, so you can expect ocean views, golden hour light that turns everything warm and cinematic, and cocktails that actually taste as good as they look. The aperol spritz and fries combo was definitely a highlight for us. 

Happy hour also starts at 2pm which feels like a tiny prize meant just for you!

Heisler Park is where Laguna shows off, and it has every right to. It sits along the Pacific, so you can walk along the path & stop at every viewpoint and tiny beaches. There are also tadpoles so make sure to take your time so you don't miss them.

The path has a mixer of pavement, grass, and closer to the water, has some rocky path ways. Luckily, the bubblecush’s flexible sole handles all of it without you having to think about it once. Which makes it the perfect beach vacation essential.

I feel like most tourists walk right past this little spot. 

Honestly, we almost did too.

It’s tucked away from the busier parts of town. It’s a small peaceful space overlooking the ocean. It's shaded, quiet, and feels like a cute little town secret.

Bring coffee from Jedidah’s. Find a spot on the dock. Stop moving for a minute. Breath in the fresh air. This is part of the day most people forget to plan for and end up being their favorite part. 

This sounds really specific, but that's because it is specific. 

Toe Rings is one of those shops that feels distinctively Laguna Beach. It’s filled with so many options for your second toe. I picked up a silver toe ring to really lean into the coastal aesthetic. If you want to leave with a souvenir you’ll actually wear long after summer ends, I would stop by if you can.

The shop Laguna Beach is filled with thoughtfully curated clothing, gifts, and coastal home finds that will make you want to redecorate your entire apartment. 

Even if you are not looking to buy anything, it’s worth stepping inside. 

Laguna Beach doesn’t have to be complicated with a packed itinerary. We showed up, we wandered, and we had the most wonderful time.
