1. Eligibility

The Sanukmas Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from 12:00 AM PST December 12, 2024 through 11:59 PM PST December 16, 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
Entrants may submit one (1) entry per day, and the daily entry period resets at 12:00 AM PST each day.

3. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, participants may enter by visiting the Sanukmas Giveaway page on Sanuk.com and submitting their email address along with their preferred product category (Men’s or Women’s).
No purchase necessary to enter.

4. Prizes

Each day, Sanuk will award one (1) Men’s style and one (1) Women’s style (two winners per day, ten total winners).
Daily styles are predetermined by Sanuk.
Winners will be allowed to select their size.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize varies by style.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except by Sanuk in its sole discretion.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be chosen randomly from eligible entries received each day.
Winners may be notified on a rolling basis depending on selection timing (e.g., December 12 winners may be notified earlier than December 15 winners).
All winners will be contacted no later than December 19, 2024 via the email address provided at entry.

To claim the prize, winners must respond within 72 hours of being notified.
Failure to respond within the required time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Shipping Information

Prizes will only be shipped to valid addresses within the United States.
No PO Boxes or international addresses.
Sanuk will cover all shipping costs.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sanuk, which are final and binding.
Sanuk reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering, fraud, or violation of these rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release Sanuk, its parent company, affiliates, and partners from any liability arising from participation or prize receipt.
Sanuk is not responsible for technical issues, entry errors, or delayed email notifications.

9. Privacy

By entering, participants consent to Sanuk contacting them regarding the Promotion.
Email addresses may be added to Sanuk marketing communications in accordance with Sanuk’s Privacy Policy, and entrants may opt out at any time.
