I have had back issues since my childhood diagnosis of scoliosis and resulting surgeries. I have spent most of my life and a fair amount of money trying to find sandals that don’t make me feel broken and in pain after an hour, which is vital since I live in the desert and closed shoes don’t do it in 110+ weather. I tried my first pair of Yoga Sandy II’s a year ago and never looked back. I work as a librarian and spend much of my day on my feet and I wear these all day long while wrangling books and kids. I wear them ALL DAY LONG EVERY DAY and my back has never felt better, even when I buy orthopedic shoes and inserts. I’m wearing one of my three pairs as I write this in my pajamas because they’re even more comfortable than my house slippers. They fit and felt like a dream from the very second I put them on and as they have shaped to my feet they have only gotten MORE comfortable. Think of these as that favorite band shirt of yours; you know the one, it fit perfectly from day one and has only gotten softer and more perfect with each wear until it feels like a second skin. That’s these shoes. They’re as close to barefoot as you can get and still protect your feet. I love them. If they ever discontinue them I don’t know what I’ll do. I’ll be like the dude in Zombieland forever seeking Twinkies, only in my case, I’ll be fighting off zombies to get to my Sanük Yoga Sandy’s. Totally worth it.

these are great. I haven't worn them long yet but the straps are comfy and Im looking forward to traveling with them.

This is my second pair of Sanuk Yogas, and it is just as wonderful as the first! A dream to walk abround in and SO comfortable. I just wish you made a truly white one with a white bottom and white straps - these are kinda cream-colored, not white.
