I like these alot and was excited when they arrived. Were a little tricky getting on at first , but easier now and I believe once theyre broken in even easier. I gave 4 stars because they were a little tricky getting on. Once on your feet I find them to be very comfy and a cushiony sole!

Ok so I ordered this shoe a few weeks ago and I had a good impression of it, good look and great for cold weather but it did not fit. My review is mainly for the customer service I received being one of the worst I have ever experienced while trying to exchange the size. I tried on the shoe the very first say I received it and it ran a bit small so I try to process an exchange the same day. When I tried to do the exchange on the website it said the item was no longer available so I could only do a return for a refund, even though the item's page did show the size I needed in stock. I contacted customer service for a solution and they said they were having trouble registering the inventory in their system and to check back within a few days. I did check back by then and had the same issue, contacted customer service again and received the same response and that there wasn't anything they could do as I had bought the shoes during a sale for a lower price than what they were at that point. Gave it a few extra days and after waiting over a week and failed to process the exchange I simply sent them back. I have no interest in buying from a company that does not seem to take about customer service and apparently can't fix a systems issue in more than a week and fails to provide alternatives to customers. If possible avoid buying from them and shop around for more reputable companies as I will from now on.
