An Original Idea, Taken Further
The idea behind the Sidewalk Surfer has always been pretty simple: make comfortable slip-on shoes you can wear just about anywhere.
Donny 2.0 and Donna 2.0 start with that same philosophy, then build on it from the ground up. We reworked the construction, refined the fit, added more underfoot support, and gave them an outsole ready to wander a little farther.
Consider it evolution, Sanuk-style.
A New Kind of Sidewalk Surfer
The biggest change starts with how they're built.
Donny 2.0 and Donna 2.0 feature a new Strobel construction, creating a more traditional closed-toe shoe construction while keeping the relaxed feel Sidewalk Surfers are known for.
They're also built on the last, giving the new generation a more consistent shape and fit. A roomier last gives your feet a little more space to settle in, while the addition of half sizes makes finding your sweet spot even easier.
Because comfort is personal. Your shoe size should probably be, too.
More Good Stuff Underfoot
Inside, a new molded Insite insole footbed adds cushioned comfort and arch support for long days spent doing whatever you've decided the day is for.
Underneath, a rubber molded outsole adds dependable traction and durability, making Donny 2.0 and Donna 2.0 comfortable everyday shoes built for sidewalks, boardwalks, coffee runs, airport terminals, dog walks, and wherever else you end up.
We also shortened the outsole ledge for a cleaner, more streamlined silhouette.

Donna 2.0 takes the same next-gen approach and makes it her own.
A roomier fit, half sizing, cushioned molded footbed, arch support, and grippy rubber outsole come together in a pair of women's slip-on shoes designed to go comfortably from one plan to the next.
Or from one plan to canceling the next. Both valid.
