It’s hard to find my son shoes that fit that are comfortable and in his size!

I received the shoes after ordering them based off of online data. The shoes is very low quality, poorly made, and arrived with defects & holes. The sole of the shoe is almost nonexistent. I spent Saturday morning attempting to reach customer service via both your portal and published email address (which is misspelled) on the website and have received zero response. I need a full refund and to return the shoes but no one has contacted me to provide assistance. The only thing I have received is this tell me how great our product is email. How do I return this product? How do I successfully contact your customer service team?

My Chibas have worn really well after the initial break-in, love how the heel is more sturdy than other models. Overall good durability. One big request is to add the Soft Top Foam footbeds that I've grown to love in other Sanuks I own which would make it softer under foot, more comfortable to wear for longer time periods.
